The missions of the Evaluation and Orientation Committee

The Evaluation and Orientation Committee (Comité d’Orientation et d’Évaluation) meets twice a year and is responsible for:

  • Supervising and reviewing the funds allocated within the annual budget
  • Defining the strategic directions of the research activities
  • Identifying priority research proposals
  • Contributing to the implementation of outreach, evaluation, and dissemination activities for the Chair’s work

Cross-functional working groups

The “Weeechaire” workshops

Represented by schools, ecosystem, electronic equipment producers, recycling operators, and relevant industrial stakeholders, in order to understand the sector’s challenges, needs, and expectations

The Communication working group

Represented by the schools and ecosystem, this group is responsible for promoting the Chair’s work, managing social media content, planning end-of-project videos with students, and organizing events.

The Valorisation (Impact and Dissemination) working group

Represented by the schools, ecosystem, and industrial partners involved in the research work and/or interested in its results (patents and applications)
